I booked a standard twin room for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. The bathroom was excellent with a bathtub. The staff were very amiable, and the free parking was available. Location: the hotel was near centre and palace and shops / restaurants. It also was in the center of Caserta;)))

location is magnificent and comfy, to the royal palace. also it is just next door to bellissimo giardino situato nel cuore di caserta and a nearby restaurant.

Magnificent and ideal location relatively close to a huge 18th - century Baroque royal palace. Well-maintained & spotless room, with central heating, a personal safe, and pay television. Lovely bed and a fantastic view.

The room was big and come with a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Palace of Caserta and the city center. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. The airport shuttle was a convenient option for transportation. We were warmly greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance made it easy for us to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful night's sleep. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden furniture and taking a dip in the outdoor swimming pool. The staff truly believed in great customer service and made our stay memorable.

Great resort with beautiful pools and gardens. Well cleaned, with friendly staff. The breakfast menu had a delicious variety of foods. It was centrally located which made it easy to walk to restaurants and bars.

Our bed was not very comfortable as it was made of memory foam. the surrounding area was not the nicest, with a dull industrial environment appearing in the distance.

Our stay at Villa Maria Cristina was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and offered us a refreshing drink. They quickly took care of our luggage and made check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom and a well-stocked mini bar at a reasonable price. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the stunning garden with a large swimming pool. The pool manager was attentive and ensured we had comfortable sunbeds. The staff's service-oriented approach and the complimentary bikes provided made it easy for us to explore the nearby Bourbon palace. Breakfast was served as a buffet and enjoyed on a terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. Although there were no eggs or fruit, the selection of cornflakes, yogurt, bread, and ham/cheese was satisfying. The hotel's proximity to Naples airport made it a convenient choice for us. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and pleasant amenities.

The hotel offered very good breakfast with a wide range of choices and free Wi-Fi. It's located within walking distance to key attractions and restaurants, which was convenient. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist.

The hotel lacked proper communication regarding events and services, which caused a lot of inconvenience during my stay. the swimming pool was frequently closed for events, and the hotel restaurant was often unavailable due to private parties, which was very disappointing.

The service, which had received mixed reviews, exceeded our expectations. We were accommodated with family lunch by the pool as promised, and the food was absolutely delicious. The outdoor bar, although not always attended, served us refreshing drinks once we requested them. Despite a small issue with the bill, the staff promptly resolved it and removed the charges. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
